Based in San Francisco, California, Aiste heads the Research & Insights program at the SustainAbility Institute, ERM's thought leadership platform. Aiste oversees the Institute’s research projects including production of reports, surveys and insights articles. She is the lead author of The Changing Climate of Private Equity, The Decarbonization Imperative, Rate the Raters, Natural Climate Solutions: Guide for C-Suite Executives and many other publications. Aiste also leads consulting projects with a focus on sustainability and climate strategy for technology and energy sector companies. Aiste is a lecturer and mentor at University of California, Berkeley, in California, and Vilnius University, Lithuania, where she teaches courses on climate change and corporate sustainability. Andrew Angle (Senior Research Associate @The SustainAbility Institute by ERM) Andrew produces thought leadership on corporate sustainability developments as part of the SustainAbility Institute by ERM and is based in Washington, DC. He has authored and co-authored numerous publications, including the Institute’s 2023 Trends report, The Ongoing Evolution of Sustainable Business, Valuing Nature: The case for nature-related assessment and disclosure, and The Decarbonization Imperative: An Executive Primer. In addition to thought leadership, Andrew provides corporate sustainability consulting services for a range of clients. He holds a Master’s Degree in Climate and Society from the Climate School at Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Geography from Penn State University. John Finisdore (Senior Manager, Natural Capital, Australia @Point Advisory, An ERM Group Company) As lead for Point Advisory’s (an ERM company) natural capital services, John helps organisations maximize the returns from natural capital through strategic action on finance, biodiversity, ecosystem services, water, nature based solutions and supply chains. He is an expert in natural capital accounting, valuation, Science Based Targets for nature and the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD). Previously, John led the World Resources Institute's Business & Ecosystem Services Project. He authored numerous publications, most recently, Time to Take Stock, that was published by the Capitals Coalition. Along with serving on leadership groups including SBTN Corporate Engagement Program and TNFD Forum, he has conducted over 100 natural capital assessments and accounting efforts for governments and corporations including Syngenta, John Deere, Plum Creek, Angico Eagle, KKR, Blackmores, Grupo Argos, Greif, UNSW, CSIRO and Wollondilly Shire Council. Rutuja Tendolkar (Partner, Just Transition Actions & Social Performance @ERM South & Southeast Asia) Rutuja Tendolkar is a Partner at ERM based out of India office, with over 12 years of experience. She specializes in social impact assessments, planning and implementation of resettlement and livelihood restoration projects, sustainable finance transactions and labour/human rights due diligence. Rutuja is also certified as an SA 8000 auditor and is part of the Global Social Performance and Human Rights Technical Community at ERM. Rutuja has extensive experience on social and human rights consulting services and strategizing on corporate environmental and social performance across the manufacturing, mining, power, oil & gas and infrastructure development sectors. SK Wong (Country Managing Partner @ERM Malaysia) SK has a strong passion on low carbon economy and energy transition with over three decades of successful track records in international energy sector across Asia, Americas and Europe. He has led numerous multi-billion dollars international energy deals, set up and managed several Shell JVs, including holding Board positions during his 24 years in Shell. SK comes with strong business development and start up experiences after leaving Shell and possess a wide network in the energy industry having lived in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, US and UK; and conducted business across China/North Asia, ASEAN countries, America regions and UK/Europe. SK’s experiences include project management, strategy review (country, region and global level), M&A and divestment, due diligence, corporate governance, commercial negotiation, digital deployment, LNG trading, operations with P&L responsibility, lobbying and advocacy work. Yulia Dobrolyubova (Partner, Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change, Asia @ERM) Yulia is a Partner at ERM and leads the Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change Practice in the region and a team of consultants in Southeast Asia. Yulia has over 15 years of experience in consulting projects on topics such as climate change, clean energy, environmental and social issues, as well as green finance, working with finance organizations, governments and private sector clients in the oil & gas, power, cement, mining and metals, textile and apparel, consumer goods, agribusiness and other sectors. Yulia has been involved in a number of advisory assignments across the Asia Pacific region assisting her clients in their sustainability, climate/Net Zero strategies development and implementation, GHG, ESG climate-related financial risks & opportunities assessment and disclosures.
